Watch: Kedar Jadhav Gives David Warner A Muted Send-off

After losing the first three games and consequently the five-match series, Australia made their intentions clear that they are desperate to end the series on a high as openers David Warner and Aaron Finch gave them a dream start in the ongoing fourth ODI at Bangalore’s M. Chinnaswamy Stadium. Warner, who was playing his 100th ODI, became the first Australian batsman to score a ton on his 100th ODI and was well supported by last match’s centurion Aaron Finch.

The duo had already added more than 190 runs when a desperate Virat Kohli handed the ball to Kedar Jadhav who has made a name for himself by striking at crucial junctures with his part-time spin. Well, the move paid off as the right-arm spinner broke the partnership by dismissing Warner.  The left-handed batsman failed to get under a lower trajectory delivery from Jadhav and ended up mistiming the heave towards long-on. Axar Patel made no mistake near long on, thus bringing an end to the partnership which was worth a massive 231. Meanwhile, Jadhav was not done yet and made sure to give the Australia star a send off as he pointed his finger towards Warner, telling him to walk back.

Here is a clip of that dismissal:
