The head coach Ravi Shastri has already said that he wants new and young faces to come in and make their mark and one of those members in the spotlight is Krunal Pandya, who had a fait bit of success in his career so far.
Ever since his debut, Krunal has made all the right noises and has established himself as India’s all-rounder in the shortest format. His temperament has been impressive and Kohli has used him in crunch situations. However, barring the odd innings, he needs to be more consistent with the bat and this will be the test for him in the upcoming series.

Meanwhile, ahead of the T20I series, Krunal Pandya is working hard on his batting in the nets. And also, he posted a video of him captioning that he is getting into the groove ahead of the game. Most probably, he is a certain member in the playing XI and would like to deliver the best against South Africa.

The first match is scheduled to be played at the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium in Dharamsala and Proteas have already touched base in the city to acclimatise themselves with the conditions.
