Meanwhile, in the third ODI in Delhi, Klaasen contributed 34 runs with the bat off 42 balls and his innings consisted of 4 boundaries.

The 27-year-old spinner Shahbaz Ahmed, who plays for Bengal in domestic cricket, rattled the stumps of the Proteas wicketkeeper-batter on the third ball of the 25th over.

Shahbaz pitched the ball on a good length, it gripped, turned a bit and kept coming in with the angle. Klaasen made the room and tried to play the cut shot, but he was beaten by the pace and the stumps were shattered.
