On the other hand, Rishabh Pant, who has pretty much sealed his spot in the Test eleven, has only made it to the squad for the five one-dayers that precede the four-day games. India’s senior team will also tour Caribbeans this year just after the World Cup. Virat Kohli & Co. will start their campaign in the World Test Championship with a two-Test series against West Indies. The Men in Blue will also play ODIs and T20s during the full-fledged tour. Prithvi Shaw and Mayank Agarwal, the current openers of the Test side, have also been named in the squad. However, the duo will not play the first two games and will replace Priyank Panchal and Abhimanyu Easwaran for the third four-day match.
