The next edition of the Indian Premier League might see a big change. Many franchise owners are requesting BCCI to allow 5 foreign players in the playing XI. At present, only 4 overseas players are allowed in the playing XI in a match in IPL. A team can have a maximum of only 4 overseas players and the rest 7 should be domestic players. A team can also increase the number of domestic players in a match, but overseas players cannot exceed 4.

If the new rule comes into effect, Rajasthan Royals will get a lot of benefits. Rajasthan Royals franchise has some powerful foreign players in the squad. They have gone through poor performance in the last two editions. If the new rule for foreign players comes into effect in IPL 2022, Rajasthan Royals will get a big boost. Here we take a look at Rajasthan Royals predicted playing XI if 5 overseas players are allowed in IPL.
