Sussex Sharks
Sussex will miss their consistent batsman Laurie Evans, the most run-scorer in T20 Blast 2018, as he will serve for Surrey on loan in this season. The T20 specialist left-arm fast bowler Tymal Mills, newly-signed experienced English all-rounder Ravi Bopara, the right-handed top-order batsman Phil Salt, captain Luke Wright are some crucial names of this team.
Surrey CCC
Though Surrey have signed Laurie Evans on loan, they can’t use him in the Sussex game according to the agreement. Also, some of their other crucial members are in the injury list, and these names are captain Jade Dernbach (ruled out), Ollie Pope, Liam Plunkett, Jordan Clark and Morne Morkel. On the other hand, Tom Curran, Jason Roy and Reece Topley are in the international duties, where Roy has suffered an injury and he has been ruled out from the full T20I series against Pakistan.
Rory Burns and Will Jacks are the important names in their present active batting line-up. Captain Gareth Batty has a big responsibility as an off-spinner.
