Sydney Cricket Ground hosts the IND vs NED ICC T20 World Cup 2022 match. Both teams have never played a T20I before this game. The super 12 round began on October 22 with the first match between Australia and New Zealand- the finalists of last year’s T20 World Cup. The Kiwis beat the Aussies in that game by 89 runs. The ICC T20 World Cup 2022 final will be played on November 13.

For India, this is a game where they can experiment with their side a little bit. Rishabh Pant can feature in this game in place of either KL Rahul or Dinesh Karthik. If he plays in place of Rahul, he can open the batting with skipper Rohit Sharma. It will be interesting to see if the management thinks of tinkering with the bowling attack.

For the Netherlands, their batters need to support their bowlers. Against Bangladesh, they could not chase down the 145 required to win after their bowlers set the game up perfectly. Dutch skipper Scott Edwards lamented the fact that their batters could not get the job done for their side.

“Our bowlers were quite amazing, and they (Bangladesh) were around 10-15 runs short. But our run-outs (Max ODowd and Tom Cooper) were poor. Colin Ackermann and Paul van Meekeren helped us to get closer to the total. Hopefully we can bring in a better performance with the bat, looking forward to the next challenge (against India)” he said.
