3. Ishan Kishan

Ishan Kishan is the first player on this list. While the left-handed batsman has a good record in the T20I format, he lacks the same excellence in ODIs. In 19 T20Is, Kishan has smacked 543 runs at an average of 30.16. In comparison, he has scored 267 runs in 9 ODIs.

With Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan both part of the IND vs BAN ODI series, Kishan is also less expected to get an opening slot in any match. Rishabh Pant is also part of the series and he might be picked as the wicketkeeper in the ODIs against Bangladesh. Hence, Kishan might be benched in all the ODI games.

2. Washington Sundar

Washington Sundar is another player on this list. The bowling all-rounder is part of the IND vs BAN ODI series. Although Sundar has a good experience in T20Is, he has only played 6 ODI games so far.

In those 6 matches, he accounts for an average of 26.87 and an economy of 5.24. He lacks experience in ODIs and selectors should have gone with some other experienced spin all-rounder in the ODI series against Bangladesh.

1. Rahul Tripathi

Rahul Tripathi is another player on this list. The right-handed batsman is part of the IND vs BAN ODI series. Tripathi has been part of many T20I series this year but he is yet to make his international debut.

Tripathi should have been given a chance in the T20I series first. After he impresses with his performances in the T20I series, he should have been given a chance in the ODIs. Tripathi is highly likely to warm the bench during the ODI series against Bangladesh.
