Premier Indian pacer Jasprit Bumrah has achieved the tremendous milestone of 100 Test wickets away from home during the India vs South Africa first Test match at the SuperSport Park, Centurion, with that he has set a new world record.
Jasprit Bumrah has become the bowler with the fewest wickets in their Test career when reaching the milestone of 100 wickets away from home in Test cricket.

On Day 4 of the Centurion, Test Bumrah bowled a sensational spell for the Indian team and helped India finish off the day on a positive note. Bumrah broke the partnership of skipper Dean Elgar and Rassie van der Dussen by dismissing the latter with a stunning delivery to pick his 100th overseas wicket in Test cricket.
Also, with that he has become the sixth Indian pacer to reach this feat, he joined the likes of Kapil Dev, Zaheer Khan, Ishant Sharma, Mohammed Shami and Javagal Srinath.

Bumrah also dismissed nightwatchman Keshav Maharaj at the end of Day 4 with a fierce toe crushing Yorker, however, skipper Dean Elgar scored a good half-century and at Stumps South Africa were at 94/4 and they needed 211 more runs to win the first Test.
