Zimbabwe is set to face India in the 2nd ODI of the ongoing series. ZIM vs IND 2nd ODI is set to be played on August 20 (Saturday). The venue of the match is Harare Sports Club in Harare. Regis Chakabva is the skipper of Zimbabwe in the series while KL Rahul is the captain of India.

Tadiwanashe Marumani might open the innings for the team in the next game as well. He got out for just 8 runs in the 1st game but will look to come up with a better show in the next match.

Innocent Kaia might be another opener for the team in the ZIM vs IND 2nd ODI as well. Kaia got out for just 4 runs in the 1st ODI. He was quite impressive in the previous ODI series against Bangladesh, where he slammed 127 runs in 3 games with 1 century. He will aim to come up with a better knock in the next game.

Wesley Madhevere might be the no.3 batsman for the team in ZIM vs IND 2nd ODI. The right-handed batter could only score 5 runs in the 1st ODI. He has struggled to come up with good knocks in recent times. Madhevere will look to come up with a good performance in the next game.

Sean Williams might be a middle-order batsman for the team in the next match. Williams got out for just 1 run in the 1st ODI. However, he is among the most experienced players in the squad, with over 4150 runs in 143 ODIs at an average of 34.87. Williams will be a crucial batsman for the team in the next match.

Raza showed an outstainding form in the previous series, where he slammed 252 runs in 3 games to win the player of the series award. Raza needs to pull up his socks to help his team to come up with a good show against India.

Regis Chakabva is the skipper of Zimbabwe in ZIM vs IND ODI series and will lead the team in the next game as well. Amid a flop show by the top order in the 1st ODI, Chakabva came to the team’s rescue with his 35-run knock. Donald Tiripano might be roped in the playing XI as one of the pacers in the next match. Victor Nyauchi might be replaced by Tiripano. After a flop bowling show by the bowlers in the 1st ODI, the team will need an experienced pacer like Tiripano. Tiripano has played 38 ODIs so far and scalped 36 wickets at an average of 40.44.
