CSK vs RCB: Twitter Reacts As Robin Uthappa, Shivam Dube Stitch Incredible 165-run Partnership

Chennai Super Kings (CSK) batters Robin Uthappa and Shivam Dube put on a masterclass in their game against the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) at the DY Patil Stadium on Tuesday.
CSK lost the toss once again and was asked to bat first on a good batting surface. It was the same story once again as Ruturaj Gaikwad was dismissed early after playing a couple of shots.
Moeen Ali too followed suit and CSK was down to 36/2 in the 7th over. It was left to Dube and Uthappa to rebuild and they took their time initially. They slowly pushed the total to 60/2 at the end of the 10th over.
It looked like the momentum was completely with the Bangalore team but what followed left RCB stunned. The counter-attack began in the 11th over bowled by Wanindu Hasaranga, who went for 13 runs.
A flurry of sixes followed and out of nowhere, CSK had gone past the 100-run mark in the 13th over. Both Uthappa and Dube smashed more sixes than fours, something that is very rarely seen in the sport.
Uthappa blazed his way to a 50-ball 88, including 4 fours and 9 massive sixes. Dube contributed with a 45-ball 94, smashing 8 sixes in the process. Their partnership came to an end in the 19th over but they had already put on 165 runs in just 73 balls.
