Punjab Kings vs Gujarat Titans Dream11 Prediction

Sunrisers Hyderabad do not possess a good record against the defending champions. Out of 17 matches between both sides, SRH have won just four games and lost 13. They need to start winning to get their campaign back on track and it needs to start against CSK.

Hyderabad looks the weakest among all the teams and all parameters are considered. Kane Williamson’s lack of form plus the concerns with his elbow injury do not place them in good stead. In this article, we take at the probable XI, Hyderabad might look to field against CSK.

The skipper needs to get back into form for his team’s cause. He scored just 16 in his previous match against the Lucknow Supergiants, an innings that did not hold any substance for his team.

The southpaw opening the innings with Williamson was pre-planned by the management even before the tournament started. However, the experiment has not worked well so far. He scored just 13 in his previous outing against LSG.

Rahul Tripathi

Tripathi is the only player who has looked like scoring runs for Sunrisers Hyderabad. He will be better off as an opener alongside Williamson and the management should think seriously about making him open the batting against CSK. He is busy and quick between the wickets and will keep the scoreboard moving.

Nicholas Pooran

Pooran has to hit back to form for SRH. No better opposition than CSK to get back into form. Him scoring runs will give a lot of solidity to the middle-order which has not fired so far. His class as a batsman has been praised time and again but it is still too be translated into performance at the IPL level.

Aiden Markram

Markram was dismissed for just 12 against LSG. He is a player who can play according to the situation. Pooran and Markram together need to bat well for Sunrisers Hyderabad to give them a score of respectability.

Washington Sundar

Sundar scored 40-dd in the first game against RR. IN the second against Lucknow, he picked up a couple of wickets and scored 18. He will look to provide early wickets against CSK as well.

Abdul Samad

Abdul Samad was one of the three players retained by SRH. However, he has not repaid the faith of the franchise so far in the season. AGainst CSK he needs to step up his game and get back to being his best for his side.

Marco Jansen

Sunrisers Hyderabad can play Marco Jansen in place of Romario Shepherd against CSK. They have a lot of right-handers and Jansen taking the ball away can be a huge bonus for the side. He has the extra pace to trouble the batsmen as well. Alongside, Umran Malik, Jansen can be a deadly pair.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar

Bhuvneshwar Kumar is one of the three pacers in this SRH line-up. The veteran India and Sunrisers Hyderabad pacer has not been the same since his consistent injuries. So far in this IPL. He is not in the top 10 list of wicket-takers for this season yet.

T Natarajan

Natarajan is back with SRH and he is back match fit. He has bowled well in the tournament so far but unfortunate not to take wickets. He will have a match up with MS Dhoni in the final overs.

Umran Malik

Umran will conclude the strongest-looking Sunrisers Hyderabad playing XI for their clash against CSK. He has already raised a few eyebrows with his raw pace and bowling coach Dale Steyn has been very impressed of what he has seen of him so far.
