KL Rahul
In the absence of David Warner, Sunrisers Hyderabad could be tempted to go for KL Rahul as their first-choice opener. He could be a great replacement for someone like David Warner on the side. The Indian batsman has been in prolific form, of late.
He has been the highest run-getter for Punjab Kings for the last three seasons. In the recently concluded edition, he finished as the third-highest run-getter with 626 runs to his name in 13 matches at an average of 62.60.
Chris Morris
With Jos Buttler being the first choice, Chris Morris is highly unlikely to be retained by Rajasthan Royals ahead of the mega-auctions. In a bid to add a potential all-rounder in the team, Sunrisers Hyderabad might look to buy someone like Chris Morris. He can bowl both in the powerplay as well as in the death overs and has the ability to hit long sixes in the fag end of the innings.
