The IPL 2022 mega auction will be held in Bengaluru on February 12 and 13. The BCCI finalised a list of 590 players who will be going under the hammer in the upcoming auction. The final list was trimmed down from an initial list of 1214 players submitted by the BCCI.
Out of the 590 players who will go under the hammer during IPL 2022 auction, there are 228 capped players, 355 uncapped players and seven players from associate nations. Out of 590 players part of the final list, there are 370 Indian players and 220 overseas players.
There are three category brackets for base prices namely 2 crores, 1.5 crores and 1 crore. 48 players have been placed in the INR 2 crore bracket, 20 players have been placed in INR 1.5 crore bracket and 34 players are in INR 1 crore bracket.
In this article, we will make a list of five players from the 1.5 crore bracket who are expected to remain unsold in the upcoming IPL 2022 mega auction.

IPL 2022 Auction: 5 Overseas Players At INR 1.5 Crores Base Price Who Might Go Unsold

Finch has played for several franchises in the IPL and his latest association was with the Royal Challengers Bangalore. He did not get many opportunities with the franchise given the presence of Glenn Maxwell and AB De Villiers. He has played 87 matches in the IPL scoring over 2000 runs but has not got a consistent run with any franchise.
