The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) president Sourav Ganguly has confirmed that the final of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 will be played at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad with a full crowd capacity.
On Saturday, the BCCI president Sourav Ganguly revealed that the Qualifier 1 and Eliminator of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 will be played at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata on May 24 and May 26 with a full crowd capacity.

Meanwhile, the Qualifier 2 and Final will be held at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on May 27 and May 29, with a full crowd capacity.
“As far as the men’s IPL knock-out stage matches are concerned, it would be held in Kolkata and Ahmedabad, with hundred percent attendance allowed for the matches to be played after the league staged finishes on May 22,” Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) president Sourav Ganguly said.
So far, 35 games have been played in the 10-team Indian Premier League 2022 and the Hardik Pandya-led Gujarat Titans are at the No.1 spot with 12 points. On the other hand, the 5-time Indian Premier League (IPL) champions, Rohit Sharma-led Mumbai Indians, are at the bottom of the table as they have lost 7 games back-to-back.

Women’s Challenger series will be held between May 24-28 – Sourav Ganguly

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) president, after an apex council meeting on Saturday also revealed that the three-team Women’s challenger series will be played in Lucknow from May 24th to 28th
“The Women’s Challenger series will be held between May 24-28 at Lucknow’s Ekana Stadium,” BCCI president Ganguly told media persons.
