IPL 2022: Ravi Bishnoi Is Positive About Lucknow Super Giants Batting Depth After Defeating Delhi Capitals

Lucknow Super Giants spinner Ravi Bishnoi expressed confidence in his team’s batting depth after beating Delhi Capitals in their Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 match on Thursday.
Quinton de Kock’s magnificent 80-run knock and Ayush Badoni’s quick 10 runs helped Lucknow Super Giants win by 6 wickets in a last-over thriller against Delhi Capitals at Dr. DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai on Thursday.
LSG won their third game of the IPL 2022, defeating DC by 6 wickets to move into second place on the points table. Bishnoi was instrumental in his team’s victory. The Delhi hitters were tormented by the leg-spinner, who finished with figures of 2/22.
He got rid of David Warner for four runs and then Rovman Powell for three runs. After a fast start, his spell assisted LSG in limiting DC to 149 runs.
The KL Rahul-led team subsequently chased down the mark with 6 wickets in hand, thanks to Quinton de Kock’s 80-run innings. They struggled at the end, but Ayush Badoni ensured that they finished on a high note.
Ravi Bishnoi expressed confidence in his team’s ability to achieve their target:
Ravi Bishnoi stated that his team was confident in chasing the target because of their batting depth. When asked about his bowling, he said it felt fantastic to contribute to the squad and that the ball was coming off his hand smoothly.
He also mentioned working with Narendra Hirwani, who always tells him how to improve his game.
“We felt confident (during the chase) because our batting lineup is well-balanced. We still had Holder and KG to come, so the game got a little tense towards the finish.”
“It feels fantastic to take wickets and contribute to the squad; the ball is flowing off my hand smoothly, and I’m very happy. He (Narendra Hirwani) is always telling me what I need to know to improve my game. So far, everything is going well “Ravi Bishnoi expressed his thoughts.
LSG will play Rajasthan Royals at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on Sunday, April 10th.
