”We have really got a good squad this year, but in a couple of years with some of the young guys we have bought up; we can develop them and have a really powerful squad in a year or two,” the Delhi Capitals head coach said while speaking to DCTV.

The former World Cup-winner also highlighted the importance of having experienced campaigners like Pant, Axar Patel and Anrich Nortje who have been around the squad. Delhi have a good mixture of young players and experienced players in the form of Warner, Pant alongside India U-19 captain Yash Dhull and Prithvi Shaw.
