Sandeep Sharma takes the 5th spot on this list. In IPL 2014, the Kings XI Punjab pacer conceded 65 runs in his 4 overs in a match against Sunrisers Hyderabad. Sharma managed to pick 1 wicket but emerged too costly at an economy of 16.25.

Batting first in the match, Sunrisers Hyderabad scored 205-5 in the match. Later, Kings XI Punjab managed to win the match by 6 wickets, reaching the target in 18.4 overs.

4. Umesh Yadav- 65 Runs

Umesh Yadav gets the 4th spot on this list. Bowling one of his worst bowling shows, the right-arm pacer conceded 65 runs in his 4 overs in IPL 2013. Yadav was playing for Delhi Daredevils against Royal Challengers Bangalore.

Batting first, RCB posted 183-45 on the scoreboard. Later, Delhi Daredevils lost the match by 4 runs. They managed to reach 179-7 till the final ball.

3. Ishant Sharma- 66 Runs

Ishant Sharma gets the 3rd spot on this list. In a match in IPL 2013, the right-arm pacer conceded 66 runs in his 4 overs. Sharma was playing against Chennai Super Kings in the match while playing for Sunrisers Hyderabad.

Chennai batted first in the match and posted a mammoth total of 223-3 on the scoreboard. Later, Sunrises Hyderabad could only reach 146-8 in the 2nd innings and lost the match by 77 runs.

2. Mujeeb Ur Rahman- 66 Runs

Mujeeb Ur Rahman gets the 2nd spot on this list. The Afghan spinner conceded 66 runs in IPL 2019 while playing for Kings XI Punjab. The opposition team Sunrisers Hyderabad smacked Rahman for 66 runs in his 4 overs.

The leg-spinner also remained wicketless in the match. Batting first, Sunrisers Hyderabad posted 212-6 in the match. Later, Kings XI Punjab could only reach 167-8 in the 2nd innings and lost the match by 45 runs.

Basil Thampi holds the record for conceding the most runs in a match in the Indian Premier League. In IPL 2018, the right-arm pacer conceded 70 runs in his 4 overs while playing for Sunrisers Hyderabad against Royal Challengers Bangalore.

Batting first in the match, Royal Challengers Bangalore posted 218-6 on the scoreboard. Later, Sunrisers Hyderabad could only reach 204-3 in the 2nd innings and lost the match by 14 runs.
