KL Rahul-led Lucknow Super Giants recorded their third straight win in IPL 2022 after they outplayed Delhi Capitals by six wickets on Thursday. LSG wicketkeeper-batter Quinton de Kock hit 52-ball 80, including nine fours and two sixes, to guide the team in its 150-run chase.
LSG defeated four-time IPL champions Chennai Super Kings to register their first victory in IPL after bowing down to Gujarat Titans in their opening fixture. They also beat Kane Williamson’s Sunrisers Hyderabad by 12 runs in their third game.

Australian all-rounder Marcus Stoinis has joined the LSG camp after completing the limited-overs leg (three ODIs and one T20I match) of Australia’s tour of Pakistan. Stoinis’ inclusion will bolster the team as last week West Indies all-rounder Jason Holder played his first match against SRH.
Delhi youngster Ayush Badoni has been impressive in the middle order, the 22-year-old scored 102 runs in four innings at an impressive strike rate of 156.92.
