Australia pacer Mitchell Starc is considering participating in IPL 2022. The left-arm pacer has said that he hasn’t put his name down yet but the decision is certainly on the table. Starc last played in the tournament in the 2015 edition, in which he represented Royal Challengers Bangalore. Hence, he has been out of the tournament for the last 6 years.
In IPL 2018 auction, Mitchell Starc was picked by Kolkata Knight Riders for Rs. 9.40 crore. However, he did not play in the tournament due to an injury. So far, the 31-year-old has only played two IPL seasons – 2014 and 2015. He executed a good bowling show in both of them, scalping 14 wickets in IPL 2014 and 20 in 2015.
