RCB vs PBKS: Watch – Virat Kohli Gets Emotional After Getting Dismissed For 20 vs PBKS

Star Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) batter Virat Kohli got emotional after getting dismissed by Punjab Kings (PBKS) pacer Kagiso Rabada in the 60th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 on Friday, May 13 at the Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai.

Kohli’s poor form with the bat in the Indian Premier League 2022 continued in the match against Punjab Kings as he was dismissed by Kagiso Rabada on the second ball of the 4th over after scoring just 20 runs off 14 balls, including 2 fours and one six.

Kagiso Rabada bowled a back of a length ball to Kohli and the Royal Challengers Bangalore batter was late on his pull shot. The ball brushed the batter’s glove and lobbed off his thigh pad to leg-spinner Rahul Chahar at short fine leg and he grabbed the catch easily.

However, the on-field umpire didn’t give it out but the Punjab Kings instantly went for a review and the Ultraedge showed a spike when the ball passed Kohli’s gloves.

Meanwhile, Virat Kohli was extremely disappointed after getting out and he also looked emotional when he looked up and whispered a few words in frustration.

In the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 so far, Virat Kohli has scored just 236 runs at a very poor average of 19.67 and a strike rate of 113.46, including just one 50+ score that came with a below-par strike rate against Gujarat Titans.

Talking about the match between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Punjab Kings, Mayank Agarwal and co. were able to win the game by a huge margin of 54 runs to register their 6th victory in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022. Also, with the win, Punjab Kings have kept their playoffs hopes alive.
