RCB vs SRH: We're Getting Tears In Our Eyes - Aakash Chopra On Virat Kohli's Poor Form

Virat Kohli’s extended dry streak with the bat, as per Aakash Chopra, is driving cricket fans to cry. In Friday night’s IPL 2022 match between the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and the Sunrisers Hyderabad, Kohli was knocked for a golden duck (SRH).
In the present season of the Indian Premier League, this would be the RCB batsman’s second straight first-ball fall.
In response to Kohli’s dismissal, Aakash Chopra said: “What about Virat Kohli? When will he score some runs, and whether or not they will be scored? We’re crying because he’s lost two golden ducks in a row, and he’s been run out twice this season.”
Aakash Chopra went on to say that he sympathizes with Kohli and Rohit Sharma because of their poor form.
“I often say that Dhoni, Rohit, and Kohli are feelings, and you’re starting to feel empathy for both Rohit and Kohli now. We sincerely hope they succeed, but things are currently deteriorating. You feel bad for Kohli,” Chopra continued.
“We’ll have to communicate Virat Kohli,” says Aakash Chopra
According to Aakash Chopra, Virat Kohli is the main problem. He came up with this logic:
“We can discuss Faf (Du Plessis), but he scored more runs in the last games, and we can discuss Anuj Rawat, but he is a youngster. We’ll have to speak about Virat Kohli because there aren’t any runs being scored.”
Kohli was bowled by a delivery that he would ordinarily have smashed for a boundary. Chopra elaborated:
“It was a long-distance delivery in the previous match, and I played it and was caught. If it had been the regular Virat Kohli, he might well have hit a straight drive, flashed the mirror, and held the posture when the ball was pitched right up. However, there was limited foot motion here, and I was caught on the outside edge.”
Royal Challengers Bangalore was knocked out for 68 runs in 16.1 overs, the lowest score in IPL 2022. With nine wickets in hand, SRH knocked down the modest target within only eight overs.
