Gaikwad scored his maiden century off just 60 balls in the last game against RR, while Faf du Plessis contributed 25 runs off 19 balls.

Middle Overs: Moeen Ali, Ambati Rayudu, Suresh Raina and MS Dhoni

Moeen Ali should be persisted at number three position. His valuable cameos have helped CSK capitalize on the starts given by the openers. Ali scored 21 runs off 17 balls against RR in the last game.
