Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) as a team hasn’t had the best of times in the campaign so far and their next encounter will be against the Chennai Super Kings tonight at Delhi. Sunrisers Hyderabad lost another close game to the Delhi Capitals that went into the super over in the previous game and it has been the reflection of how their season has panned out.

They decided to drop Manish Pandey, but now they will be reconsidering the decision and will be looking to get him back on the team. Bairstow has been the only in-inform batman while David Warner still hasn’t got going.

They need to add some more stability to the middle order and they haven’t got many experienced batters. Here are 3 stars from Sunrisers Hyderabad who will be game-changers against Chennai Super Kings.

IPL 2021: 3 Stars From Sunrisers Hyderabad Who Will Be Game Changers:

Jonny Bairstow:

The England hard-hitting batsman Jonny Bairstow has been the standout player for Sunrisers Hyderabad so far and he needs to continue his rich vein of form if Sunrisers have to make a comeback in the ongoing IPL edition. He has scored 211 runs in five games so far and has been playing really well.

He scored a quickfire 38 off just 18 balls in the previous game against Delhi Capitals and went after the bowling in the powerplay. He couldn’t continue the assault but has shown a lot of promise for the upcoming games. He hit four sixes and three fours in the innings and provided the much-needed start at the top of the order with Warner run out early in the innings.

Kane Williamson:

Probably, the best player on display was Kane Williamson in the previous game. He did an excellent job to pull things back after some cluster of wickets in the middle overs. His addition to the side has been a major boost and Sunrisers need someone to play alongside him for a long time to take the game deep.

Williamson stayed not out on 66 off just 51 balls with eight fours and he held the Sunrisers innings together despite the fall of wickets. He was unlucky to be on the losing side despite all the heroics. He went in to bat with Warner in the Super over and scored a boundary to take the team total to seven. But it wasn’t enough and he will be a match-winner against a tough side like Chennai Super Kings.

Rashid Khan:

Rashid Khan did not have the best of outings in the previous game but he still remains an integral part of the Sunrisers Hyderabad team. He bowled the super over and couldn’t stop Delhi from scoring 8 runs even with the pitch assisting spin a lot. He was far from his usual standards.

Despite all that being said, he gave away just 31 runs and took the crucial wicket of Shikhar Dhawan. But Sunrisers do expect a lot more from their lead spinner and they rely on him heavily with Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Natrajan being injured. Rashid Khan is a world-class spinner and he can change a game in a very quick time. The onus will be n him to deliver against a side like Chennai Super Kings.
