After a successful season last year in UAE, IPL returns to India with the 14th edition of the tournament. IPL 2021 will kick-off with the first game between Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bangalore on April 9, 2021.

IPL 2021 will witness eight teams battling for the trophy. Mumbai Indians are the defending champions as they defeated Delhi Capitals in IPL 2020 final and bagged the trophy. IPL 2021 will be played at six venues across the country which are Delhi, Kolkata, Ahmadabad, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Chennai.
