Mumbai Indians’ most memorable match in IPL is the time when they won the trophy for the first time in IPL 2013. Mumbai Indians faced Chennai Super Kings in the final. Batting first, Mumbai Indians scored 148/9 in 20 overs. Kieron Pollard unbeaten knock of 69 runs emerged to be very useful for the team.

In the 2nd innings, none of the CSK batsmen could bat properly. Except for MS Dhoni who hit unbeaten 63 runs, all Chennai Super Kings batsmen failed to perform. Mumbai Indians pulled a victory by 23 runs and lifted the IPL trophy for the first time.
