Mumbai Indians will arrive in IPL 2021 eyeing a third consecutive title. The team won back-to-back trophies in IPL 2020 and IPL 2019. Last year, Mumbai Indians topped the points table with 18 points and defeated Delhi Capitals twice in the playoffs to win the trophy. Ishan Kishan was the leading run-scorer for Mumbai Indians in IPL 2020. He played 13 innings and scored 516 runs. He smashed 4 half-centuries and missed a century after he got out at the score of 99 in one game.

In comparison to other top scorers of Mumbai Indians in IPL 2020, Ishan Kishan played fewer matches and innings. He also smashed 30 sixes in IPL 2020 to win the ‘Most Sixes Award’ in the tournament.
