A humdinger of a contest awaits between the KKR and RCB side tomorrow at Abu Dhabi and the 31st match of the IPL 2021 is expected to be a high voltage match. Over the years, the two teams have shared a lot of memories playing against each other including the first-ever IPL game that included both teams.

RCB will be quite pleased so far with their performance in the IPL 2021 which started off with four wins in a row this season and it happened to be their first-ever as well. However, they lost track in the last three games and succumbed to two losses which meant they finished third in the points table at the midway. They will be looking to get it right in the UAE phase as we look into the 3 RCB players who can win the man of the match.

The Indian skipper Virat Kohli will be looking to make the best out of his chances in the stint for RCB as he has been lacking the big scores he had been used to scoring. Kohli is a world-class player and is one of the best match-winners in the game in any format and he will be keen to get his form to the very best.

Kohli had a decent run in UAE in IPL 2020 with 466 runs in 15 games and he made sure that he kept scoring the important fifties even though the centuries dried up. With an eye on winning the T20 Worldcup, Kohli will look to get back to his best from the start of the UAE phase against KKR.

Glenn Maxwell:

Maxwell seemed totally a different player on display with the RCB colours this season as he made sure that enough runs were scored this time. Maxwell looked at the peak of his powers playing for the Virat Kohli-led side and he was picked up for a huge amount in the auction as well. He finally repaid the faith that had been put on him.

Maxwell scored 237 runs in 7 IPL games this season and he was assigned a different role to what he had been assigned in the past. He played at the number three or four position and made sure that he had enough time to get his A-game into play. It was a huge improvement from him and he will be looking to continue it in the UAE phase with the KKR game.

AB De Villiers:

AB De Villiers has bowed out of international cricket in 2018 and has been playing just the franchise cricket around the world for the past three years. But he has never looked like being out of the game and has kept his contributions moving up. He amassed 207 runs this IPL season already at an average of 51.75.

De Villiers is a match-winner with the bat and he is a 360-degree player as well which makes it really hard for the captain to set fields for him. He will be one of the key players in IPL 2021 for the RCB side if they have to make it to the playoffs.
