Sunrisers Hyderabad and Rajasthan Royals will face off each other in their next game of IPL 2021. The SRH vs RR match will be the 40th encounter of IPL 2021. Later, Sunrisers Hyderabad lost the opener, David Warner, for just 2 runs. Wriddhiman Saha scored a hard-fought 31 while Jason Holder smacked a quickfire of 47 off 29 balls. However, SRH remained short of 6 runs in the final over and lost the game.

Talking about Rajasthan Royals, they also lost their previous clash which was a match against Delhi Capitals. RR bowled first in the match and restricted DC to 154-6. Dismissing DC openers Shikhar Dhawan and Prithvi Shaw cheaply, RR bowled nicely at the start. Shreyas Iyer scored the highest at 43 runs for the team.

Later, Rajasthan Royals skipper Sanju Samson smacked a great knock of 70 runs off 53 balls. Most of the prime batsmen lost their wickets for single-digit scores. Samson remained unbeaten till the end but due to lack of support in batting, he could take the scoreboard to just 121-6 in 20 overs. As a result, RR lost the match by 33 runs.
