IPL 2023 Auction: Complete List Of Players Released By Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH)

Sunrisers Hyderabad has released their list of retained and released players for the IPL 2023 auction. The 2016 IPL champions have released 10 players from their squads ahead of the auction. BCCI had asked all IPL franchises to submit their list of retained and released players by November 15.
IPL 2023 auction is going to take place next month on December 23. The venue of the event is Kochi city in Kerala. IPL 2023 will be a mini-auction and all the franchises will have a salary cap of Rs. 95 crores in the auction.

Sunrisers Hyderabad became a part of Indian Premier League in the 2013 season. The franchise won the title in the 2016 season. They have also executed excellent performances reaching the playoffs on multiple occasions.
In the last season, Sunrisers Hyderabad failed to qualify for playoffs. The team played 14 matches. They won 6 games and lost 8 teams. With 12 points, they finished in the 8th spot in the points table and were far away from reaching the playoffs.
Abhishek Sharma was the top run-getter for the team the last season with 426 runs in 14 games. Rahul Tripathi was next with 413 runs while Aiden Markram was next with 381 runs. In bowling, Umran Malik was the top wicket-taker with 22 wickets in 14 games. T Natarajan was next with 18 scalps.
Sunrisers Hyderabad has failed to come up with a good show in the last two seasons. In IPL 2023, they will aim to make a comeback.
