New Zealand Cricket Team suffered a heart-wrenching defeat in the 1st ODI against India. The Black Caps lost the match by a mere 12 runs where Michael Bracewell smashed a thunderstorm century he scored 140 runs in 78 balls where striking 12 fours and 10 sixes.

It won’t be wrong to say that the Men in Blue got a wake-up call. The hosts should have won the match by a huge margin as they had reduced Kiwis to 131-6 where all the star batters were back in the dugout. Skipper Rohit Sharma needs to use his bowlers smartly as the decision to not bowl out Kuldeep Yadav was quite questionable.

Exciting Contest on Cards

The Black Caps would be eager to stamp their authority in the 2nd ODI at Raipur on 21st January (Saturday). The visitors need someone who could provide stability in the middle overs apart from the skipper Tom Latham as every time the lower middle order won’t score runs.

The Men in Blue would be thinking of bringing back Yuzvendra Chahal back into the playing 11 as the wrist spinner has the knack of picking up wickets. The duo of Kuldeep & Chahal is quite threatening where they can create havoc with their foxy variations.
