'A quick and tricky spinner'- this is what Ravi Bishnoi looks like with his confusing bowling action. Ravi Bishnoi has grown up the ranks in recent times and is one of the emerging spinners in Indian Cricket.
Ravi Bishnoi is a right-arm spinner. He bowls leg spin and made his international debut in 2022 after a few consistent seasons in Indian Premier League.
Ravi Bishnoi has not managed a permanent spot in the Indian Team and has been in and out of the side. However, he has played more than 20 T20Is for India and has shown a wonderful form in his short career.
Early Life and Career
Ravi Bishnoi was born in a small village named Birami in Jodhpur, Rajasthan on September 5, 2000. His father Mangilal Bishnoi supported his dream of becoming a cricketer. He grew up in Jopdpur with his three siblings, brother Ashok and sisters Anita and Rinku.
The right-arm spinner trained under his two childhood coaches Pradyot Singh Rathore and Shahrukh Pathan, who helped him to train in Rajasthan, which lacked cricket coaching facilities. He was selected for Rajasthan U-19 team.
