Siechem Madurai Panthers represent the city of Madurai in the Tamil Nadu Premier League (TNPL). They are playing in the tournament since the inaugural season in 2016. The Madurai Panthers have won the TNPL once so far.

In the first two seasons, Madurai Panthers could not win a single game and finished at the bottom of the points table. In the inaugural season, they lost all of the 7 league games. In the next season, they lost 6 of their 7 league games while one match ended in a no result.

Their fortunes finally changed in 2018 when they stunned the league by going all the way to clinch their maiden title. They finished the league stage at the second spot in the points table. Madurai Panthers lost the first qualifier against Dindigul Dragons before beating Lyca Kovai Kings in the second qualifier to storm into the final. In the final, they beat the Dragons by 7 wickets to win the tournament for the first time.

In 2019, their campaign ended with a defeat to Dragons in the second qualifier. They failed to make it to the playoffs in 2021 after managing to win just 2 of the 7 league games. In 2022, Madurai Panthers won 5 of the 7 league games and finished the league stage at the third spot.

They qualified for the playoffs but crashed out following a loss to Lyca Kovai Kings in the Eliminator. Madurai Panthers' campaign in TNPL 2023 season ended at the playoffs stage. In 2024, the Panthers bowed out of the tournament at the league stage after winning just 2 games.
