Tamil Nadu Premier League (TNPL) Points Table
The Tamil Nadu Premier League (TNPL) is one of the leading domestic T20 competitions in India. It is played annually in Tamil Nadu and is organized by the Tamil Nadu Cricket Association.
A total of eight teams participate in the tournament that is usually played in July-August. The first edition of the TNPL was played in 2016. In 2020, the competition was cancelled because of the Covid-19 pandemic. Tuti Patriots won the first edition of the TNPL while Chepauk Super Gillies are the most successful side with 4 titles. The only other team to win the competition more than once are Lyca Kovai Kings (2).
TNPL Points Table:
The TNPL Points Table is an indicator of a team's performance throughout the tournament. A team's standing in the TNPL Points Table can very well reflect its performance in the competition. The points table shows the number of matches played, wins, losses, ties, points accumulated by a team and the net run-rate as well.
