Indian Cricket Team’s Star Batter Virat Kohli has once again started to make headlines. The right-handed batter scored a brilliant knock of 62 runs in 48 balls, taking the Australian attack by storm. It won’t be wrong to say that his century against Afghanistan was not a fluke; the batter was looking ominous and played a match-winning knock.

Australian Cricket Team would be wondering what went wrong for them as they had scored 186 runs which was quite a decent total. The Defending Champions would be worried as their star bowlers like Cummins and Hazlewood are not providing breakthroughs at a crucial junction of the match. This is not a wake-up call for Australia but they have some issues to sort out.

Enthralling Series on Cards

India’s next & last assignment before the ICC T20 World Cup 2022 is against the Mighty South African Cricket Team. The Proteas had squared the 5 T20I match series by 2-2 in June 2022. In that series, the likes of Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli & Jasprit Bumrah were not a part of it and were given a break. Given that the core of the team is back, South Africa will have an uphill challenge.

Indian Cricket Team would be worried as their bowlers are still not performing at their best in the death overs. The Men in Blue need to figure out quickly their death overs bowlers. It is assumed that Arshdeep Singh would be back in the frame after he was in NCA to work on his bowling. Rohit Sharma and Rahul Dravid would be quite happy as now they have happy headaches going into the South Africa Series. The way Men in Blue are performing, it looks like the spectators and world  Cricket will witness a thriller.
