Ishan Kishan
Ishan Kishan should be the opener for this team. Ishan Kishan did not get a place in the squad for Asia Cup 2022. Although he is not a top choice for an opener in T20Is currently, he takes the opening spot when the regular openers like Rohit Sharma or KL Rahul are unavailable.
Kishan has played 19 T20I matches for the team so far and scored 543 runs at an average of 30.17. He has also hit 4 half-centuries in the shortest format.
Sanju Samson

Shreyas Iyer
