Asia Cup 2022: Virat Kohli Looked In Good Touch In The Nets - Rohit Sharma

Virat Kohli, a former captain of India, will be making his comeback to the Indian team for the Asia Cup 2022 competition after a one-month absence while he was rested for the team’s tour of the West Indies and Zimbabwe.

Additionally, based on what he observed of Kohli’s batting at the practise nets, India’s captain Rohit Sharma evaluated Kohli’s form prior to the start of India’s Asia Cup campaign in the United Arab Emirates.

“Maine jitna dekha, I felt he was in very good touch. He working hard a lot on his batting. He isn’t looking like he is thinking about a lot of things. He is just the same, didn’t notice anything extraordinary changes. He is returning after a month’s break so he looking fresh and is also looking in good touch,” he said in the pre-game press conference.
