Former Pakistan spinner Saqlain Mushtaq, the one who invented the doosra ranks third on his list of bowlers with the most wickets against India. He took 82 wickets in 40 games against India. He regularly played against India in the late 90s and early 2000s. He ended with 496 international wickets and 82 of them were against India.

1) Imran Khan – 129 Wickets In 52 Matches

Imran Khan tops this list with 129 wickets from 52 matches against India. He led Pakistan to their only World Cup win in 1992. Since his retirement, he has been associated with Pakistan cricket in more than one role and was also the Prime Minister of the country. He was the 22nd PM of the country between August 2018 to April 2022.
