Pakistan is gearing up for Asia Cup 2022. Pakistan will play their opening game of the tournament against India. The match will take place on August 28 at Dubai International Stadium in UAE. Pakistan is part of group A in the tournament with teams like India and Hong Kong in their pool.

Mohammad Rizwan should be the wicketkeeper and the other opener for Pakistan in Asia Cup 2022. The right-handed batsman scored 23 runs in the 1 T20I game he played this year. Last year, Rizwan smacked 1326 runs in 26 T20I games at an outstanding average of 73.66, slamming 1 century and 12 half-centuries.
