Watch: Virat Kohli Gifts Signed No.18 Jersey To Pakistan's Haris Rauf After India vs Pakistan Asia Cup 2022 Clash

Former India National Cricket Team captain Virat Kohli came up with a heartwarming gesture after the blockbuster Asia Cup 2022 clash between the arch-rivals, India and Pakistan, and gifted a signed India jersey to star Pakistan National Cricket Team right-arm pacer Haris Rauf.

The second match of the ongoing edition of the Asia Cup was played at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Sunday, August 28, and the Rohit Sharma-led India National Cricket Team went head-to-head with Babar Azam-led Pakistan National Cricket Team.

Team India won the toss in the match and opted to bowl first. The Indian bowlers did a fantastic job and they managed to bowl out the Men In Green for 147. Bhuvneshwar Kumar bagged 4 wickets and Hardik Pandya picked up 3 wickets while youngster Arshdeep Singh bagged 2 wickets and Avesh Khan bagged 1 wicket.

Chasing the target, opener KL Rahul got out for a golden duck and skipper Rohit Sharma looked completely out of touch and was able to score just 12 runs.

Meanwhile, Virat Kohli and Ravindra Jadeja contributed good 35 runs each. In the end, Hardik Pandya smashed brilliant 33 runs and finished off the match in style by smashing a six off Mohammad Nawaz’s delivery.

In a video shared by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Twitter, Kohli was seen signing his No. 18 jersey and gifting it to the 28-year-old Pakistan National Cricket Team right-arm pacer Rauf. The pacer was delighted after receiving the gift and he thanked the former India skipper.
