India vs Sri Lanka Asia Cup Head to Head Records. India and Sri Lanka are the most successful teams in the history of the Asia Cup. Both the teams have dominated the continental championship since the inaugural edition in 1984 which was won by Team India. No other team in Asia has managed to win as many Asia Cup titles as India and Sri Lanka.

India currently leads the list with 7 titles to their name followed by Sri Lanka who have won 6 titles so far. Apart from India and Sri Lanka, Pakistan are the only other team who have won the continental championship. India and Sri Lanka have also finished runners-up 3 and 6 times respectively.
