Australia as said earlier will be without their skipper Pat Cummins in the second Test. Scott Boland has been named as his replacement. Steve Smith who is in dream form with the bat in Test matches will lead the side. He played two unbeaten knocks of 200 and 20 not out in the first Test. He is hungry for more in the second Test.

The Australian bowling attack looks stronger even without Cummins. They have Mitchell Starc in their ranks who has taken the most wickets in day-night Test matches (46). Josh Hazlewood, Cameron Green and Nathan Lyon along with Starc make up a good group of bowlers. The Aussies are topping the WTC points table and with another win will consolidate their position.

The Windies are languishing sixth on the table with only 64 points from 10 Test matches. They have a percentage point of 45 and lost the first Test by 164 runs. The Test team is still a growing unit and this is the time when the senior players in the side needs to stand up.

The team will look towards skipper Brathwaite, Kemar Roach and Jason Holder to contribute to much of the game. The skipper especially has been amongst the runs in the series so far and needs to produce another innings of impetus. The Windies side off late has not won too many Test matches off late.
