Better To Be The BCB President Than Becoming The CEO Of The BPL: Shakib Al Hasan

Shakib Al Hasan has made a shocking statement on a possible run for president of the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB).
Shakib recently stated that he might raise the quality of the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) by referring to the Bollywood film Nayak.

“If they made me the BPL CEO, it would take me one or two months to correct everything. You have seen the movie, Nayak, right? If you want to do something, you can do it in one day”, he told reporters.

“I would do the players’ draft and auction (on time) and hold the BPL during free time. We will have all the modern technologies. There will be quality broadcast and home and away venues”, he further added.

Sheikh Sohel, the head of the BPL governing council, welcomed the 35-year-old in response to his accusation and urged him to accept responsibility. “Shakib is welcome, and I appreciate him. He has indicated his desire in taking the position of CEO of BPL. We welcome him from the governing council. He is welcome to step in and assume leadership if he so chooses “Sohel stated.
