"Hope You Heal" - Jofra Archer Calmly Responds To Fan's Abusive Tweet Regarding Prasidh Krishna Comparisons
England fast bowler Jofra Archer is often present on social media posting cryptic tweets but there was nothing cryptic about his latest response to a fan abusing him on a micro-blogging website – Twitter after comparisons between Archer and Prasidh Krishna emerged.
Krishna performed brilliantly in India’s win in the second ODI against West Indies on Wednesday and Twitterati was abuzz about the similarities between Krishna and Archer. Both are pacy and hit-the-deck bowlers but the Englishman has proved himself in all three formats.
In a certain discussion, a fan tweeted: “Please don’t compare hard-working, honest Prasidh Krishna with that fraud, unfit, traitor, race card player Jofra archer.” In response, the level-headed Archer responded with: “I hope you heal.”

“Prasidh Krishna has forced the selectors to think about him” – Ian Bishop
Former West Indies cricketer Ian Bishop believes that Krishna has done well enough to stay in the team. The tall and lanky pacer put up a stunning performance in the second ODI, ending with figures of 9-3-12-4 on Wednesday night.
“Prasidh was brilliant. He has put his name up there and forced the selectors to think about him. I’m looking beyond the figures, looking as a former cricketer, looking at the execution of what he bowled and when he did it. The areas that he hit were quite good and promising for the future,” Bishop said after the second ODI.
The third ODI got underway in Ahmedabad on Friday.
