Indian skipper Rohit Sharma got a little angry with Ishan Kishan during IND vs WI 1st Test at Windsor Park in Dominica. Rohit Sharma also expressed his displeasure from the dressing room with hand gestures. Ishan Kishan, who went out to bat at no.7 for India, took 20 balls to score his first run.
Ishan Kishan is known for his hard-hitting batting style. However, during his Test debut in the IND vs WI Test match, the left-handed batter adopted a slow-batting approach. Due to the slow pitch and outfield, Kishan struggled to score shots like the other batters in the match.

Indian captain Rohit Sharma was a little annoyed by watching Ishan Kishan leaving deliveries. The right-handed batter showed hand gestures to him from the dressing room to express his unhappiness.

After watching Sharma’s gestures, Ishan Kishan took his first run and India declared the innings at 421-5 with a 271-run lead. It seems like Sharma wanted the Indian wicketkeeper to smash runs with more pace during the climax of India’s batting. Later, India also won the match by bowling out West Indies for 130 in 2nd innings.
Trailing by 271 runs in 2nd innings, West Indies collapsed for 130 against India’s spin attack. Alick Athanaze hit 28 runs to emerge as the top run-getter for the side in the innings. For India, Ravichandran Ashwin grabbed 7 wickets while Ravindra Jadeja hunted 2 scalps. Mohammed Siraj picked 1 wicket.
Earlier in the 1st innings, West Indies posted 150-10 with Alick Athanaze’s highest 47 runs. For India, openers Yashasvi Jaiswal (171) and Rohit Sharma (103) shattered stupendous knocks. Later, Virat Kohli added 76 runs with the bat. Jaiswal won the Man of the Match award for his outstanding knock in 1st innings.
