India are all set to play Australia in the final T20I in Bengaluru on Sunday, December 3. The Men in Blue are leading the series 31 and are looking to finish strongly. With the fourth T20I India overtook Pakistan in the list of most T20I wins with 136 victories.

The IND vs AUS T20I series seemed like a good preparatory ground for the young Indian team who were given a platform to perform and they did. Their bowlers did a very good job of defending 174 after they failed to defend 222 in the previous game.

Jitesh Sharma in his very first game made an impactful performance while Rinku Singh has continued to excel at his finisher’s role. Suryakumar Yadav and Shreyas Iyer who failed to take their opportunity in the fourth T20I should look to make the most of it.

Washington Sundar and Shivam Dube are yet to get a game in the series and are likely to play the final T20I.

It will be interesting to see Prasidh Krishna who was benched from the fourth T20I be given another game the likes of Suryakumar Yadav and Shreyas Iyer have a chance to score some runs in the final game as well.
