Ahead of the IPL 2024 auction, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) has released 11 players from their squad. They have a total of 18 players in their squad currently. Hence, they can grab 7 more players during the IPL 2024 auction.

In IPL 2024, RCB has many strong batters like Faf Du Plessis, Virat Kohli, Glenn Maxwell, and Dinesh Karthik. However, they lack bowlers as they have parted ways with most of them. RCB has released bowlers like Harshal Patel, Josh Hazlewood, Dawid Willey, and Wanindu Hasaranga.

Hence, the three-time runners-up need more bowlers in their squad and can target some bowlers in the IPL 2024 auction. Akash Deep, Mohammed Siraj, and Reece Topley are the pacers for RCB. Topley did not play last season due to injury. Here we discuss 5 players that Royal Challengers Bangalore can target in the IPL 2024 auction.

With his return to the tournament, RCB will be eager to pick him in their squad.  With Starc, they will have a strong pace attack. In IPL 2016, RCB also reached the final, when Starc was a member of the side.
