The LSG fast-bowler suffered the injury in the 12th over while he was fielding at short third man. On the third ball of the over, leg-spinner Ravi Bishnoi bowled one outside the off stump and Sunil Narine decided to hit it through the off stump.
However, the KKR opener ended up edging the ball and it flew towards Mohsin Khan at short third man. The ball was over his head and the left-arm pacer came up with a commendable effort. He made a full-length dive to his right but failed to catch the ball. After missing the catch, he ended up hitting his head on the ground. LSG did not take any risk with the pacer and decided to take him off.

Later, it was confirmed that Mohsin Khan had suffered a concussion and LSG replaced him with Yudhvir Singh. It means Mohsin will not take any further part in the game. Before suffering the injury, Mohsin bowled two overs and conceded 28 runs without taking any wickets.
Meanwhile, Yudhvir made an impact straightaway after replacing Mohsin as a concussion substitute. On his very first ball of the game, he dismissed Angkrish Raghuvanshi for 32.
Talking about the game, KKR were on 200 for 4 in the 18th over at the time of writing this report. In-form Sunil Narine laid the foundation for the big total by playing a fine knock of 81 runs from just 39 balls. Phil Salt also played a quickfire knock of 32 runs from just 14 balls.
With seven wins from ten games, KKR are all but assured of a place in the playoffs. A win against LSG will all but confirm their playoffs spot. LSG, on the other hand, are in the third spot with six wins and four defeats.
