The name of the sport is 'Break-dancing', which is commonly known as 'Breaking' in the Paris Olympics 2024. This is the first time this sport has been introduced in this year's Olympics and it has already caught the eyeballs of various spectators.

Michael Vaughan trolls Australia for poor performance in 'Breaking'
Michael Vaughan took to social media to troll Australian performance in the 'Breaking' sport. "Nice to know Australia are terrible at one sport … Break dancing … 😜😜," Vaughan posted on X (formerly Twitter).

Vaughan was referring to Australian Breakdancer Rachael Gunn, commonly known as 'Raygun', who caught everyone's attention with her thoroughly entertaining performance. But unfortunately, Raygun's dance steps were weird enough for the judges not to rule the decision in her favor.
Raygun's performance in the Paris Olympics 2024
Raygun finished in 16th place in the competition. Japan's Ami Yuasa won the gold medal, Lithuania's Dominika Banevič won the silver medal, and Liu Qingyi of China took home the bronze.
Notably, Rachael Gunn lost to Dominika Banevič, who went on to claim the silver medal. The Australian breakdancer's moves went viral as she was the most talked about breakdancer on social media. Some netizens called her moves funny in a huge competition like the Olympic Games while some of them lauded her for her confidence.
Raygyun is a 36-year-old college professor from Australia. Her 'Kangaroo' moves went extremely viral on social media. While some of them called it funny, some were impressed with her confidence at the big stage. Kangaroo is the national animal of Australia, and Raygun promoted the heritage of her native country.
Michael Vaughan is active on social media
This is not the first time that Michael Vaughan has trolled Australia. Previously, before the 2021 T20 World Cup, Vaughan had stated that he does not give Australia much chance for the tournament, which was held in the UAE. Instead, he named the teams like England, India, Pakistan, and West Indies, and New Zealand who have a better chance of winning the trophy.
But Vaughan was proved wrong later as Australia clinched the title by defeating New Zealand in the final. Australian spinner Adam Zampa, who was a part of the victorious Australian side, trolled back Vaughan after lifting the trophy.
The former England batter even took to social media after England's T20 World Cup 2024 semi-final defeat to India in Guyana. In his post, Vaughan had congratulated India on winning the match but also mentioned that slower and spinning pitches suited India and that was the reason why India won.
In reply, India offspinner Ravichandran Ashwin took a dig back at Vuaghan. “∫ 1 dx = x + C. ∫ a dx = ax+ C. ∫ xn dx = ((xn+1)/(n+1))+C ; n≠1. Hence, India won, ” Ashwin posted on X.
