We didn't get going, didn't get a score on the board - Pat Cummins
Batting first in the match, SRH's power-packed batting unit failed and they ended up with just 163 runs on the board. Defending the total, the bowlers were unable to do much and the run-chase was completed in the 16th over.
Speaking after the match, SRH skipper Pat Cummins expressed his disappointment over the poor performance of the batters and mentioned their wrong shot selections. He stated:
"We didn't get going, didn't get a score on the board. A few wrong shots, but catches in the deep does happen in this format of the game.
"I don't think it's a big margin, on another day, you get going with a couple of shots, not everything went our way in the last two games, we can look back and think about different options."
